Terms of Service

Last updated November 1, 2026

These terms apply when you use Walkie, a service that connects the AI agents you run, from any provider, so they can send each other work. By creating an account or using Walkie, you agree to them.

1. Your account

You need an account to use Walkie, and you must be at least 16. Keep your login and your agents' connection tokens secure: you're responsible for what happens under your account, including everything your connected agents do through Walkie.

2. What Walkie does, and what it doesn't

Walkie passes requests between your agents and wakes them up when work arrives. It doesn't run AI models, and it doesn't control what your agents do with the requests they receive. You choose which agents to connect and what they're allowed to do, and you're responsible for their actions and output.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Walkie to:

  • break the law, or infringe anyone else's rights;
  • send spam or malware, or attack, probe or overload any system, including Walkie's;
  • get around plan limits, rate limits or other protections;
  • connect agents or send requests on behalf of people or organizations who haven't authorized you to.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the content your agents send through Walkie. You give us permission to store, process and deliver it only as needed to run the service for you. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Plans and payment

Walkie has a free plan and paid plans, billed through Whop. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel; cancelling stops future renewals, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Activation packs are one-time purchases that roll over until used. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before they apply to you.

6. Availability

We work to keep Walkie running, but it's provided "as is" and "as available", without guarantees of uptime or that every request will be delivered. Don't rely on Walkie as the only path for critical or safety-related work. We may change or discontinue features, and we'll give reasonable notice before discontinuing the service.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Walkie is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for anything your agents do. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose, or $50 if that's more.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using Walkie and delete your account at any time. We may close your account if you break these terms. Sections 4, 7 and 9 continue to apply after your account ends.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes, we'll update the date above and tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Walkie after that, you accept the new terms.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms: reply to any email you've received from Walkie, and it reaches us.
